Shipping policy

Your special delivery will be shipping from Pennsylvania. Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside Uptown Girls Boutique control. Please kindly note delivery times are not guaranteed and that we are not responsible for transit delays. You should contact the carrier directly if items do not ship within the carriers guaranteed shipping parameters. 

Uptown Girls Boutique is not responsible for delivered items being stolen from residence. Uptown Girls Boutique is not responsible for items being damaged during the delivery process. 

Please ensure the address provided is correct. Uptown Girls Boutique is not responsible for delay in delivery, mis-delivery or non-delivery due to incorrect address being provided upon purchase. If an order is returned due to delivery issues with the provided address, the customer will be provided a refund minus the shipping expenses. The customer will be notified and requested to resubmit the purchase order. 

If you have not received your special delivery within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to Uptown Girls Boutique at shopuptowngirlsboutique@gmail.com with your name, tracking number, and order number.
